Dr. Haohan Zhang successfully defends his PhD thesis entitled "A Novel Robotic Platform to Assist, Train, and Study Head-Neck Movements"

Dr. Zhang completed his PhD defense with ground-breaking developments of a robotic neck brace. He demonstrated its use for patients with ALS for active support of the head-neck during dynamic movements. Dr. Zhang will continue as a post-doctoral researcher at ROAR laboratory.
